How quickly will I get a reply?
Within three business days, Monday to Friday. Most questions are answered sooner, but we promise three. If you are enrolled, please write from the email address you enrolled with so we can find your account.
How do I ask for a refund?
Email us from the address you used to buy, within 14 days of purchase. The refund is 100% of the price you paid if you have completed fewer than 25% of the lessons beyond the free Modules 1 and 8 (fewer than 10 of the 39), have not submitted a plan and have not made a “Get your files” request. The full conditions are in Section 5 of the Terms & Conditions.
I cannot log in to my course
On the log-in page, choose ‘Forgot your password?’ and follow the steps. If that does not work, send us a message and tell us the email address you enrolled with.
I have a question about my review or certificate
Tell us the email address you used to submit your plan, and your certificate number if you have one (it starts KA- or KAP-). We will look up your review and reply with where it stands and what happens next. If you are an employer checking someone else’s certificate, use our verification page, which answers instantly.
Is my message kept private?
Yes. We use your details only to answer your message. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle them.
